Responsibilities include :
Implementation of group financial reporting and policies : monthly reporting and yearly budget.
Implementation of internal control procedures (stocks, expenses, investments, etc)
Ensuring the statutory reporting of the Greek companies and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
Contacts with local banks, auditors and tax authorities.
Roll-out of projects : possible merger of 3 companies, implementation of ERP system, etc
Minimum 7 years of related professional experience
Good knowledge of Greek GAAP and working experience in IFRS
Knowledge of ERP systems and good PC skills (Excel)
Fluent in English language
