    Job Title

    Marketing Associate Specialty Care

    In this role you will

    Provide support to Brand Manager / Brand Team on the development, implementation & follow up of brand / operational plans in order to achieve sales targets of assigned brand(s).

    Customer Segmentation and Insights

    Actively participation in identifying customer segments

    Gains a deeper understanding of patients & payers within a competitive context, by using multiple resources i.e. sales force feedback, direct customer contact, market research in order to understand market needs / customer behaviors

    Applies the knowledge from customer segmentation to propose initiatives-activities tailored to customer needs

    Opportunity Identification & Strategy Planning (brand plan & operational plan)

    Constructively participates in the annual brand planning process

    Active participation & involvement in the adaptation & localization of the brand plan of a specific asset / portfolio according to LOC needs

    Follows up the tactical tactical / operational planning process in order to maximize return / value.

    Appropriately engages with internal & external partners (i.e. medical department, sales force, etc.) so as to systematically execute integrated programs and activities that have a clear line of sight to the strategy

    Tracks performance against defined measures and applies learning to improve short & long-term business results.

    Compiles & distributes financial & sales information, prepares reports & similar documents

    Participates in the development of financial forecasts for the brand / portfolio

    Engages with cross functional teams to deliver high impact Brand campaigns

    Stakeholder Collaboration :

    Engages with internal and external partners to use resources in a coordinated way in order to develop and execute activities on time, aligned to business strategies and priorities.

    Active participation in segmentation & targeting exercises Stakeholder mapping

    Why you?

    Qualifications & Skills

    University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical, Biology, Scientific field

    Fluency in English

    1-year experience in the role
