Unisystems International team wants to onboard a high caliber business development-driven professional willing to contribute to our expanding business abroad.

The position reports to the International Business Unit, Sales Manager, in charge for the SE Europe markets. Role’s main responsibility is to develop new business by identifying & following up profitable opportunities, maintain current client portfolio and monitor the progress of the projects.

In brief responsibilities of the ideal candidate include but are not limited to :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and follow up with existing clients, in order to generate new business
  • Research and recommend potential strategic partners while monitoring competitors
  • Suggest proposals regarding the sales margin for critical, large scale projects
  • Determine the gross profit margin and sets a bottom line for product and services sales aligned with business strategies
  • Serve as point of contact for client issues and provide resolution at a senior level in collaboration with the relevant departments
  • Meet with vendors in order to stay up-to date with new products, areas of interest and collaborations
  • Update the CRM and budgeting platforms
  • Responsible for the budgeting and re-budgeting of clients’ projects
  • Responsible for the commercial supervision of current offers & the projects’ execution
  • Review and adjust contracts regarding commercial terms
  • Responsible for the coordination of the teams involved in the preparation of an offer, in order to ensure that the appropriate approach has been used and all aspects of the client’s requirements have been covered
  • Qualifications

  • University / CollegeDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or otherrelative discipline
  • Master degree or MBA,will be a plus
  • 6-8 years of provenwork experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales of theInformation Technology industry in SE Europe including Cyprus and Malta marketespecially in Enterprise Sector (Large Enterprises) and in Public Sector.
  • Demonstrated ability toestablish and cultivate client relationships and long-term partnerships
  • Excellentcommunications skills, strong service and customer orientation, team abilities,time management efficiency
  • Able to perform underpressure and deliver results against highly challenging targets in a demandingenvironment that requires task-orientation and innovation
  • Outstanding written andverbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Knowledge of otherlanguage of the SE region will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to work bothindependently and within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent analytical,numerical and computer skills (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Bright, ambitious,results-oriented, self-driven
  • Fulfilled militaryobligations (for male candidates)
  • Available for frequentbusiness travelling.
