Chief Marketing Officer

You will work hand-in-hand with the , driving growth in traffic, the daily management and recruiting of the company’s marketing team, and be a critical part of the management team.
You will leverage a wide array of skills (analytical, creative, operational, strategic) to build the brand and optimize the current marketing efforts across channels.
Additionally, you will take pride in teaching a group of young marketing professionals and interns the ropes of modern, analytically driven digital marketing
Own and allocate the marketing budget towards the channels with the highest short- and long-term ROIs to maximize both top and bottom line
Strategically and tactically optimize our paid acquisition channels, including
Develop and optimize adjacent paid channels such as IG, YouTube, Snapchat and TV
Drive and executive on SEO related activities
Build the company brand through marketing and PR efforts
Co-develop the overall company strategy and own the marketing roadmap
Cultivate a can-do mentality, lead by example, and continuously ensure that the best team is in place,
Analyze marketing and product data to optimize return on marketing spend
Identify creative opportunities for the company to grow
A strong candidate for the position will be a well-rounded person willing to take part in the social activities while driving a professional and structured marketing agenda.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English. Can-do attitude to drive change

Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize the marketing approach through numerical analyses
Ability to be both detailed and hands-on while being able to zoom out for strategic decisions
A strong understanding of both performance marketing and organic channels (particularly SEO). Knowledge of other types of marketing (email, SoMe, affiliate marketing, etc.,) is a definite plus
Team management experience; knowledge of how to motivate and leverage junior resources to consistently deliver high-quality output
Experience in optimizing conversion rates from insights and analyses on UI / UX
Willingness to learn and grow in the role
