Category Management : Define and effectively implement category management strategies. Support to Sales Team with category expertise, recommendations in the area of category management and category growth opportunities, in a profitable manner.
Drive WCCE program to contribute to building partner relationship with key customers.
Shopper Insights : Deliver insights and recommendations in the shopper and customer related areas to facilitate definition of shopper, channel and customer specific solutions that drive growth.
Use multiple source of information to create insights, define business opportunities and risks and alarm GR commercial team to act upon.
Promote the role of insights / Catman in GR BU and be strategic commercial partner to GR leadership team. Build strategic partnerships with key senior commercial stakeholders to elevate the influence of the insights function in the organization
Build CATMAN agenda for Greece.
Grow business by promoting the philosophy of Shopper / Customer centricity, and act as central reference point on shopper, customer and competitor information for Commercial teams.
Establish Shopper-centric collaboration with customers and PepsiCo status as a trusted category advisor.
Ensure cross-functional cooperation to support customer development programs, ensure common business performance understanding and focus against aligned objectives.
Lift and shift PEP insights and category management practices. Facilitate sharing of best practice and optimization / commercialization opportunities across the region.
Lead Category Management to become integral partners to top customers.
Strengthen indispensable partnership with senior customer contacts by identifying key store, category & shopper risks & opportunities and then leading mutually beneficial strategic projects as a result of insights analysis and key findings.
Act as category growth driver expert identifying opportunities for category development in all distribution channels.

Build and develop compelling selling stories for our clients.

Build advantaged insights that allows PepsiCo to influence shoppers at each step of the Path to Purchase journey to continuously choose PepsiCo products.
Ensure that shopper insights are integrating in our commercial strategies and business plans and clearly communicate them to internal stakeholders and key customers
Qualifications / Requirements
Key Skills / Experience
Education : University degree, MA in economics, sociology, marketing or management
Minimum 8-10yrs of experience in insights / Cat Man
Preferable broad FMCGs or retailer commercial experience (Sales, Marketing and / or Insights)
Excellent knowledge of both continuous data and ad hoc shopper research, with a highly developed knowledge of Nielsen databases.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and industry leading software & tools to visualize & drive recommendations, ability to work with extensive databases
Proactive, systematic, team player with sharpened multicultural openness.
Strong analytical skills, able to synthesize and integrate learning from multiple sources and see the connections in data, trends, events to generate insights
Excellent speaker and story-teller, sound credible, curious with strong presentation skills (in English as well)
Ability to manage a matrix organization, able to build strong relationships with peers and senior management
