BaaS, a Facebook Preferred Marketing Partner is looking for a hands-on Digital Account manager with a creative, customer oriented & analytical mind, who understands how to communicate in the digital advertising and Social Media space.
Your responsibilities will include managing digital campaigns in details and handling related daily activities, ensuring that all objectives are met within agreed deadlines and constantly aiming to offer added value to the client.
Strong knowledge of the Social Media environment and the latest trends in Digital are required .
Knowledge of major advertising platforms and their capabilities is also a must, as well as analysis of advertising data and translating them into actionable insights.
As Digital Account Manager, you will participate in all stages of content development, collaborating with the creative team from concept to execution, and you will present the outcome to the clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Support your team with campaign consultancy, strategic planning & implementation for branded & direct response campaigns
Be the contact point for key clients ensuring exceptional delivery of digital campaigns
Design digital strategies with the internal team for your assigned customers
Respond to client queries effectively and in a timely manner, and handle effectively any changes.
Fully manage campaign set up, activation, community management and day-to-day client and stakeholder communication for key clients
Monitor campaign delivery and budgets against KPIs
Regular contact with clients as required to discuss active paid social performance campaigns and help educate on new developments in the social space
Participate in creative meetings in order to ensure all clients requirements are met and content calendar is created
Design customer journeys & Funnels for campaigns based on data analysis.
Create concept presentations & Digital media reports
Develop & Present innovative social & digital media strategies to clients
Experience & Skills Required :
1 year experience within a digital agency environment
Very social media savvy, creative mind & highly structured personality
Good advertising skills on major Social & Digital platforms (Facebook ads, Google ads etc.)
Strong technical and data analysis skill set, with extensive understanding of Google analytics data
Great knowledge of existing Digital & social media creative types & trends
Self-motivated & willing to take on new challenges
Excellent communication and literacy skills in English as a minimum.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
Knowledge on Inbound, lead generation, CRM and email campaigning will be considered a strong plus
