Act as the point of contact among the Business Development & Management Team (BD &M), executives, clients and external partners
Manage information flow internally and with externals in a timely and accurate manner
Manage BD&M calendars and set up meetings
Plan, organize, implement and support the company’s participation at key industry events and tradeshows internationally
Assist in BD&M department’s general administration tasks
Support the implementation of the company’s strategic marketing plan
Strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in marketing / communications and / or Engineering
Excellent command of the English language
Experience in sales & marketing support functions and organizing and conducting tradeshows, events, and presentations to clients
Experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis
Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and web editing packages
