Main duties and responsibilities

o Delivery of sales targets

o Delivery of account specific contractual obligations at store level

o Improve merchants knowledge and expertise with our services

o Accurate account management delivering the Sell-out objectives :

  • First / ongoing training
  • Maximize TFS business (IR and RR management)
  • Maximize DCC business (Hit Rate management)
  • Business Statistics analysis, presentation, discussion and action
  • o Action plans and store visits in line with company segmentation model

    o Accurate use of CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity

    o DCC Hit Rate

    Relates to / cooperates with

    Main Function interactions :

  • Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Online Academy Manager
  • Background and Education

    o Proven sales capability

    o 1-2 years experience with customer relationship

    o Basic written and spoken English

    Specific skills and knowledge

    o Self motivated, customer focused and target driven

    o Good interpersonal skills

    o Good communication skills

    o Ability to use creative solutions to solve problems

    o Good knowledge of MS Office products
