About the job opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us grow our business and become part of our expanding Sales team in a full-time working position.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Identifying and mapping business strengths and weaknesses
Conduct research to identify new market trends and customer needs
Manage relationships with existing clients and build long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
Develop and ensure sales goals are met
Be responsible for several projects of the Sales department and collaborate cross-departmentally to bring them to fruition
Develop business proposals
Produce sales reports
Create an environment focused on trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
Self-driven, proactive and results oriented
Analytical and data driven thinking
Communication and negotiation skills
Excellent project management and organisation skills
Experience in customer support will be considered as a plus
Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
BSc / BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
