We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Marketing Trainee, Greece who will join our Retail organization to provide support with the development and execution of our marketing plans.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and closely partnering with our Brand Manager, R&G you will be
Working on a set of different global and local initiatives and projects within our coffee portfolio (JACOBS, L’Or, Bravo, Tassimo, Maxwell House & Douwe Egberts).
Implementing brand activation strategy by using state of the art, above and below-the-line instruments within the context of central guidelines
Working closely with advertising agencies and other key brand activation partners to implement digital strategy and events.
Monitoring consumer data and market trends
Support the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks to develop an in-depth understanding of marketing within the FMCG industry, while learning from reputable marketing professionals
The journey will last up to 12-18 months but developing into a permanent opportunity may also be an option, your progress can be your ticket for a job JDE!

For this role as a Marketing Trainee , we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience
A Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business
Energetic, self-motivated and positive attitude
Ability to organize and plan time effectively
Full professional proficiency in written and verbal English
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
MS Office literacy with focus on excel and PowerPoint
Solid understanding of social media platforms and current industry trends
Experience in Marketing or relevant Commercial departments (1-2 years), although optional will be considered an asset
