Detailed job description, responsibilities :
Planning and controlling all incoming orders and creating offers
Creating metrics to monitor qualitative and quantitative order fulfillment
Carrying out deviation analysis; development of measures to achieve the goals
Provision of statistics and reports
Demand planning for the assignment of external services, commissioning of external assignment.
Contractor use and control
Monitoring contract processing including invoice control
Participation in cross-divisional projects, i.a. for the development of customer solutions
Advice and support management
Education in area of technology or business administration ( Telecommunication, Business administration, Information Systems or related field)
Professional knowledge, skills, know-how in the field & experience in the field :
More than 2 years experience in the area of financial management or cost controlling, reporting in IT or telco area
Good understanding of procurement and negotiating in corporate companies
Multinational experience : preferred
Language skills :
German language fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills) AND
English language fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
Interpersonal, communication skills :
Effective communication skills
Good negotiation skills
Other soft skills, competences :
High level of customer orientation
Very good command of the German language
