We are looking for a GL Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities leveraging technology to enable the finance team to support company's growth.

Main responsibilities include managing the P2P team, supervising OTC activities and tax operations introducing best practices and a lot more.

Our GL Accounting Manager will work closely with the financial management team. If these acronyms excite you, you are probably the one!

Your Mission :

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the P2P and OTC department including : month and end-year processes, cash receipts, general ledger, vendor reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs etc

Participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects for the Procure-to-Pay organization including system implementations and operational improvements

Lead a team of over 10 members

Establish business process framework and perform process assessments leveraging automation

Work closely with IT to enhance existing finance systems

Define and benchmark operational KPIs

Deal with all the tax aspects of the company including VAT, periodical filing, annual filing and any other Tax matters

Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

Increase EDI penetration

Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

Your Armory :

Proven working experience, at least 8 years, as P2P / OTC Manager / Supervisor or Accounting Manager

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

Class A professional ID

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

Ability to deal with large amounts of data

Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to direct and supervise

Your Extra Power : SAP knowledge

SAP knowledge

Master degree in Accounting or Finance

Previous experience with P2P transformation / EDI
