As a member of the Enterprise Business Solutions team, the idealcandidate interacts directly with both internal and external clients and isresponsible for the preparation and presentation of the proposed solution tothe clients, partner with the technical team to ensure that the proposedsolution include all technical aspects that accurately address customer needsand support sales, with the aim to provide excellent client service and addedvalue services.
More specifically, the ideal candidate will be responsible for :
Managing Business solutions portfolio by Redhat and Oracle
Evaluating solution options and developing recommendations based on business needs;
Defining and designing complex projects according to business requirements;
Keeping abreast of new technology developments and innovations, and promoting these to existing and potential customers;
Provide sales support expertise and conduct high-level technical discussions with customer.
Developing a network of key contacts to establish strong customer relationships and long-term partnerships.
Preparing proposals including S / W and Integrated IT solutions based on competence area.
Cooperating effectively with relevant departments in order to meet contractual obligations in terms of accuracy and timelines.
Mastering and maintaining knowledge of new solutions, competition, latest industry news / trends to optimize service quality, customer satisfaction and business growth.
Vendor Management. Single point of contact for potential or established technology partnerships.
Minimum level of education required : University / College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other relative discipline from a Greek or foreign institute.
Additional qualifications of an MBA or MSc shall be considered as an asset.
5+ years of overall experience in the IT industry.
5-7 years of proven track record in Technical Solution sales in both software, services and hardware.
Strong Technical background in Database and Middleware technologies. Solutions experience on Oracle or RedHat product portfolio shall be considered as an asset.
Knowledge of cloud economics considering TCO and commercial models, cost structure and value drivers for PaaS and SaaS related concepts.
Experience on cloud technology.
Experience from working in the field with customers.
Excellent communications skills, strong service and customer orientation, team abilities, time management efficiency
Able to deliver results against highly challenging targets in a demanding environment that requires task-orientation and innovation
Excellent analytical, numerical and computer skills (including Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent use of English language (verbal & written);
Wiling to travel within Europe;
Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
