Position summary

As an Online Payments Product Manager you will be required to analyze the performance of our online payments products. You will use your business knowledge and strategic thinking in order to develop product optimization strategies adapted to the market conditions.

You will also manage relationships with key partners within and out of the organisation. The role refers to the Payments & Fraud Department and reports to the Group Payments & Fraud Director.

Responsibilities

  • Fully manage specific segment of online payments products (supplier online payments)
  • Manage relationships with payment providers with regards to product offering and new services
  • Lead and support key projects in specific deadlines
  • Work closely with other departments in order to project manage onboarding of new functionalities or products
  • Develop necessary internal or / and cross department processes to ensure accurate and prompt flow of information as well as provide all the necessary requirements with regards to data structure
  • Conduct regular product performance analysis to ensure maximization of benefits by proposing data driven changes or improvements in current payment set up
  • Be highly engaged with products’ payment acceptance monitoring
  • Support operational issues arising from payment set up and product offering
  • Identify areas of risk and initiate ad-hoc analysis to quantify risk. Propose and project manage corrective actions to increase expected benefits.
  • Be up to date with Schemes new regulations as well as Travel and Payment industry news
  • Requirements

  • A Business, Finance or Engineering / Numerical degree.
  • 4-6 years relevant work experience, ideally in the payment industry
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • PC and web literate. Advanced experience with MS office - especially excel - and major software packages (e.g. SAP, Navision, etc).
  • Solid product and project management experience; ability to effectively handle multiple projects
  • Solid analytical skills and experience in analyzing and managing large amounts of data
  • Strong mathematical, organizational and business thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to quickly establish key relationships within and out of the organization
  • Positive attitude and ability to project a positive company image
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal supervision or up-front guidance
  • Availability to travel on an occasional basis, depending on the position’s needs
