What you will learn and contribute to
is executing or supporting customer engineering projects - preparing for and executing Customer Demos, Proof of Concepts, Lab Trials and Field Trials for New Technologies (both customer facing and back-end).
Concrete activity will consist of Test Planning, Test Case Definition, Test Setup, Test execution, reporting and working on quality issues (NPI tickets) till resolution, interfacing with customer technical staff for FN technical aspects, team up with FN RBC Pre-Sales & Business Development & Program Managers, work in collaboration with other RBC Customer Engineering Staff.
You will take part in or lead NPI & Customer Engineering Readiness plans (skill & working environment developments) both for you personally, your team members and the RBC Customer Engineering community.
You will develop, maintain, apply and share a technical contact network within the RBC, other RBCs, with the FN Business Units R&D teams, and with other Business Line BUs (for end2end multi-BG solutions)
You will take part in executing a set of NPI services for the RBC like NPI Ticket Support, technical Q&A support for Partners, contribute to RBC playbook program
