Role purpose :

IoT Product Team’s mission is to define and deliver all necessary commercial and strategic pieces that will increase product value, leading squads of developers according to product roadmap, aligned with customer needs and commercial priorities.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

  • Own the product vision and manage the annual product roadmap on a commercial & technical level
  • End 2 end management of the product backlog (from writing highly actionable user stories to backlog prioritization & delivery)
  • Monitor product’s financial performance (PnL) and take corrective actions / decisions
  • Internal & external stakeholder Management
  • Maintains constant competition analysis and knowledge of the competitor capabilities and proposes relevant actions and initiatives
  • Monitors customer experience KPIs & initiates research to bring customer’s voice closely to relevant operations and decisions to increase product performance
  • Hold end to end responsibility against set KPIs
  • Monitor technological / commercial trends around the globe to adopt best practices in local products
  • Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Product Management or Product Owner position with preference in IoT
  • Experience working in agile teams strongly preferred
  • Excellent technical, analytical and problem solving skills, with high-levels of creativity
  • Strong presentation, negotiation skills & numerical skills & understanding of business financials
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with both technical and business audiences
  • Self motivated, strong time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple balls
  • Must have technical / professional qualifications :

  • University Degree in IT orBusiness. Master or MBA is considered a plus
  • Agile / Scrum skills with proven previous experience.
  • Knowledge of basic Financials
  • Excellent command of English language (oral and written).
  • Complete literacy of the entire MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Atlassian tools (Jira / Confluence)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team-player & Strong customer orientation
  • Key performance indicators :

  • Service Revenue & Base Growth
  • Technical KPIs (stability, responsiveness and technical excellence)
