Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate Account Executive to join REPRISE as a member of our E-retail Management team!

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the spot-on presence of leading multinational brands on multiple Greek e-shops, including ongoing content updates and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, an understanding of overall ecommerce strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment while delivering quality results on-time.

She or he will be a key contributor to building strong, long-lasting relationships with advertisers and e-retailers alike, driving crucial marketing and business outcomes for them.

This role reports to the SEO Team Lead. You’ll collaborate closely with your peers at Reprise as well as across the Mediabrands organization, to effectively execute various growth initiatives

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage action plans and ensure their timely activation across all e-retailers
  • Communicate daily with advertisers’ Marketing and Ecommerce teams, for the collection of all information and material needed for product updates and promotional activities
  • Communicate daily with e-retailers’ Content and Ecommerce teams, for the publication of product updates and promotional activities
  • Edit and manage content by using advertisers’ Content Management Systems
  • Safeguard up-to-date brand information published online and compliance to brand guidelines
  • Continuously monitor content updates on e-shop partner sites
  • Monitor competition on e-shop partner sites
  • Generate monthly reports vs pre-set KPIs, and prepare and present client performance reviews
  • Participate in organization of team tasks and in team- or company-wide projects
  • Support and guide your peers when necessary
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Identify and participate in e-retail service development efforts
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients’ businesses to identify opportunities or issues, and advise them on e-retail-related strategies
  • Desired Skills & Experience

    Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Excel in project management with an ability to manage strict deadlines across multiple stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic, curious, and self-motivated individual, setting and following high standards
  • Proactive, and takes ownership of work
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, in professional Greek and English
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools
  • Previous website administration / CMS experience a plus
  • Prior experience in ecommerce, on brand or eshop side a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or similar
