We’re growing fast, in both headcount and revenue, and we’re looking for a Lead System Analyst to join our Operations department in Athens.
As the Lead System Analyst, you will work with all departments to ensure that they purchase, implement, integrate and use software effectively, driving business results. You will :
Map out all software that the company uses internally
Identify recurring software / process problems and create a plan to resolve them, together with relevant stakeholders
Identify opportunities (e.g. automating a process, reducing manual steps) and guide stakeholders in implementing them
Engage technical resources, internal and external, for software configuration, integration and improvements
Optimise overall Software budget by eliminating unused / redundant licenses, switching to the appropriate payment plan, removing or replacing underused software
Devise Software policies and standards
Consult users in selecting a new piece of software : ensure it does not overlap with other software, fits into our IT landscape and that the vendor meets basic criteria
Negotiate with vendors when purchasing new software
Manage the IT team, whose tasks include managing employee access to software and administering corporate tools (e.g. Jira, Slack, G Suite)
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
4-12 years of work experience
Background in designing, developing or implementing Software
Project Management experience
Familiarity with cloud-based business software
Experience in working across departments with Business stakeholders, e.g. as a Business Analyst or Consultant
Analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills; ability to influence diverse stakeholders
Positive, can-do attitude
