The ’’ Sales Representative’ ’ is a member of the Commercial team of our Commercial Refrigeration Division and performs a key role in understanding the Account’s needs, studying, planning and executing its commercial development with the relative company’s products.

As a ’Sales Representative ’’ you will operate the sales of an account of the company and participate in the commercial team that formulates the marketing strategy in your Accounts.

You will be the responsible person for the CRM, sales processes, insights and execution of the marketing and sales plans of your accounts. Responsibilities :

  • Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost- benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Essential requirements

  • University Degree in International Sales / Marketing / Business Administration or relevant field, Master’s Degree will be appreciated
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy (Windows Office package)
  • Excellent Knowledge of Power point.
  • Commitment and reliability with a strong sense of responsibility for getting results.
  • Analytical skills & synthetic skills
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability for continuous learning
  • Negotiations Skills
  • Availability to travel
  • Desirable requirements

  • At least 4 - 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Managing role
  • Experience in International Trade and Exporting
  • Experience in Food & Beverages Business
  • Located in : Athens

    3 months Training in Head Offices in Patras.
