As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be reporting to the regional Head of Talent Acquisition & Engagement and you will have the unique opportunity to play an integral part in handling recruiting activities and building candidate relationships while leading innovative recruitment strategies in order to contribute to the scale up of a fast growing business with endless possibilities.
Support the growth of our Technology team, as well as others, by leading end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top talent and making hiring decisions
Define and implement sourcing strategies to build a solid talent pipeline
Researching and developing diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Join hiring kick-off meetings and partner with hiring managers to discover the ideal candidate profile and specific job objectives
Lead full cycle recruitment activities including creating job profiles, job posting, sourcing, screening (CV and phone), and interviewing
Review resumes and screen applicants for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Handling complex recruiting and scheduling processes with Hiring Managers and candidates
Implement competency based tests & case studies and track results
Creatively marketing our brand in Europe and beyond through events, presentations and social media
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
Create an amazing candidate experience branding Dialectica as an employer of choice
Undergraduate degree or higher with solid academic performance
3-5 years full-time work experience in full-cycle recruitment and / or a tech recruitment agency
Experience in proactive sourcing using internet job boards, or other job seeker database systems (i.e. LinkedIn, Xing, Github etc.
and analytical tools to drive talent pipelines
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting capabilities required
Passionate about a career in talent acquisition and recruitment
Advanced relationship building skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Able to deliver goals under pressure / tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS Office and G Suite
