Job Description

Develop and implement all brand plans to optimize market positioning and overall strategy

Build further our Company image in Hematology

Optimize the patient journey and maximize the brand value incorporating digital solutions

Provide high quality timely marketing input from the market and implement tactical plans / projects in order to maximize the value of the brand(s) through life cycle management.

Develop effective business relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with the Medical & Commercial Teams for the creation and implementation of transformative initiatives

Minimum requirements

University degree in Science and / or Business Administration

MBA or Master’s in Marketing, would be considered an asset

Experience in Pharmaceutical market and in product launching

Experience of at least 2 years in marketing

Experience in the TA of Hematology

Strong commercial acumen of the health care / pharmaceutical environment

Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify and exploit opportunities

Keen on new technologies and familiar with digital marketing strategies

Collaborative spirit and communication skills

Curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset

Problem solving and analytical thinking

Project management
