Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a well-known Cosmetics company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position :
Performs varied, sensitive and confidential office administrative and secretarial support to the Country Manager
Participates and manages various projects for the Country Manager
Organizes and expedites work, as well as makes necessary follow up actions to ensure deadlines are met
Interfaces directly with assignments at all levels of the organization
Prepares a variety of reports and presentations
Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the management team
Provides support to the Marketing department for the execution and planning of marketing events
Handles travel arrangements
At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting executives
Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
Good knowledge of PC systems (MS Office)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
