As a member of an international team, the ideal candidate is responsible for searching and finding the very best IT Business Professionals from around Europe.

More specifically, will be involved in :

  • Creating job posts, researching, screening and assessing candidates in order to fulfill the timely placement of ICT international projects;
  • Responsible for screening and assessing candidates over the phone that are both self-sourced and indeed direct applications;
  • Responsible for being proactive in the course of sourcing high potential candidates & creating a database of skilled candidates in order to cover future needs;
  • Technical coordination and management of employment contracts;
  • Communicates with applicants, placement agencies, recruitment resources, staff and management, in order to meet timeline;
  • Recruiting external candidates through media advertisement, school recruiting, referrals, web site sourcing, etc.
  • Scheduling appointments, interviews, new hire paperwork sessions, orientations, computer testing, meetings, etc.
  • In partnership with International Department Manager and Core HR, set recruitment process policies and recommend alternative recruitment strategies to address hard fill positions;
  • Coaching and counselling placements to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction;
  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality and service such as scanning of emailed resumes and doing editing as necessary;
  • Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships;
  • Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business Administration, HRM, Computer Science or other relative discipline;
  • MSc or MBA will be considered a plus;
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in a technology driven business;
  • Experience as an ICT recruiter in the European Commission’s and EU Agencies’ market will be a great plus;
  • Knowledge of technical job descriptions and familiarity with technical terms;
  • Familiarity in using alternatively methods of resourcing / recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, headhunting, ..);
  • Able to set and meet strict deadlines;
  • Outstanding communication skills in writing, person, and over the phone;
  • Excellent use of English language (verbal & written) is mandatory (C1);
  • Knowledge of French will be a plus;
  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
