The HR Generalist will assist in the implementation of Upstream’s HR strategy and help grow the business across the geographies that the organization operates.

The incumbent will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. He or she will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and activities.

The successful candidate will contribute towards the success of the organization by carrying out analysis of HR data, recruitment, onboarding procedures, while facilitating a positive and smooth relationship between employees and the company .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle and analyze complex reports from various systems and maintain spreadsheets and databases using Excel
  • Manage the ongoing administration of various company programs, including HR record modifications, onboarding processes and responding to colleague inquiries, providing a high level of customer service orientation
  • Design and post creative job adverts and handle the interview process for entry and mid-level positions
  • Explore new recruitment channels and handle relationships with Universities
  • Promote Upstream’s Employer Brand through LinkedIn
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects and activities
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Human Resources. A Master’s Degree will be considered as an asset
  • Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in an HR role, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Experience with SAP’s Success Factors tool will be considered a plus.

  • Recruitment experience of at least 1-2 years, ideally from within the Technology Sector
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with both management and personnel
  • Very good communication skills, with ease of speaking and writing in both English and Greek.
  • Ability to apply analytical, creative problem-solving and planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to readily adapt to change
