What is going on at Twisto right now?

We started in 2013 as the simplest deferred payment solution at online checkout. Today we are a daily payments app, delivering seamless omni-channel daily payments to customers across Europe And you can help on our next journey! We are looking for a new colleague to take a position of Kotlin Developer .

If you lack knowledge in Kotlin, it doesn’t matter at all if you have the desire to learn it and at the same time have a longer experience in Java.

Be the one who influences the movement of us to microservices architecture in Kotlin! Our next steps in Kotlin will be up your decision.

At Twisto, we are currently focused on expansion to international markets in cooperation with external payment gateways (aggregators) and other key partners so that turning on and using Twisto Pay in individual e-shops is literally a few clicks away (without the need of any additional integration or development).

We need you for this difficult task. To jointly design and implement a quality solution that will be scalable, robust, and expandable.

You will meet our credit scoring (machine learning and neural networks - more on nikitaengine.com), e-shop API, settlement, administration, internal dashboards, etc.

Focus on automation and full continuous deployment (around 20 releases per day);

What do we expect from you?

We expect you to not only master development perfectly, but also to be able to work in a team. ️

At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer and 2 years of experience in Kotlin;

Good knowledge of web development techniques and related frameworks;

Understanding of Spring boot framework internals, advanced design patterns, and best practices;

Experience with continuous integration / deployment environments;

English - it is necessary to speak and write with us.

If you lack knowledge in one of the areas mentioned here, it doesn't matter at all if you have the desire to learn something new and at the same time have a longer experience with development, for example in another technology.
