There will be a lot of things for you to do during the day as a Polish Call Center Agent :
You will act as the first point of contact for all Polish language speaking clients
You will receive customer inquiries via inbound calls and chats
You will undertake some data entry via software programs
You will offer solutions to common technical problems or frequently asked questions

You should be a native or fluent Polish speaker
