Job description

The Country Manager job involves working to manage operations, develop business, increase profitability, operational structure and financial results.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization / Lead generation, using sophisticated understanding of social media and various online technologies, to identify key prospects / Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Prepare and maintain budgets for all activities.
  • Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and commercial opportunities
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets, prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
  • Grow, maintain and leverage the network of potential clients
  • Create the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives
  • Responsible for recruiting new employees in assigned territory in cooperation with HR Department and the CEO.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Serve as an industry advisor to clients as it relates to marketing trends in the digital marketing and creative fields
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
  • Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that customer requirements are fully communicated throughout the business;
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team;
  • Provides high quality and timely advice and reports of progress and forecasts to the CEO of the company.
  • Participate and represent Insider in Industry trade events and other marketing initiatives.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Country Manager position.
  • 10 years of experience in large Enterprise Technology or Digital Marketing Agency sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or some related field
  • Demonstrated successful leadership and management experience with a multi-disciplinary team, including active mentoring and coaching.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Should be able to coordinate teams and be a self-starter
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, organizational networking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • PC Literacy, extent experience in CRM software
  • Ability to travel
