We are looking for a Director of Product Management with strong technical & business acumento help grow the demand for NEMA GPUs and build thenext-generation embedded GPUs for graphics and AI applications.
As the Director of Product Management,you willplay a key role on the GPU IP product portfoliodefinition,aligning strategic goals with engineering capabilities.
Youwillidentify product differentiators, define product / market fit, and develop themarket positioning to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Lead the complete lifecycle for Think Silicon products : from ideation, through development, to go-to-market - with responsibility for the business outcomes.
Refine the product strategy and product portfolio and work with a capable engineeringteam to realize it.
Capture requirements and help to draft the product roadmap for next-generation products including competitive analysis and customer feedback.
Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marcom, and operations teams in driving the new product introduction process and product transitions.
Develop and review internal and customer-ready collateral based on engineering or technical documents. E.g., MRD, PRD, RFQs Whitepapers, etc.
Define use cases, examples, and tools to convey the product value proposition to a variety of audience-ranging from the technically savvy to the novice.
Educate current and potential customers and evangelize the product.
Inspire, coach and lead both the internal managers and groups in Think Silicon and Applied AI to push boundaries, learn iteratively, take prudentrisks, and exceed expectations.
Required Skills :
Track record of defining, driving, and launching a product release from inception or having delivered multiple major product releases.
Demonstrated ability to understand customer experience and craft a vision that communicates the product goals to the internal team and drives value for customers.
A profound understanding of product lifecycles and the ability to manage execution against key milestones.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Self-starter with the ability to identity issues and drive them to resolution
Passion for understanding customer needs and building ground-breaking products / technologies.
Experience developing product requirement documents (sample document will be requested as part of the interview process)
BA / BS or equivalent and the ability to quickly grasp Electrical Engineering and Computer Science concepts.
Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of GPUs and embedded semiconductor market.
Experience withsemiconductor IP
Experience in semiconductorindustry and the ability to understand customers' SoC architecture requirements.
Technical expertise on GPUs, CPUs, and Processor architectures like ARM, RISC-V, CEVA, Tensilica, ARC, and MIPS. Experience withAI acceleratorsis a strong plus.
Embedded Software experience with a solid foundation in software aspects of solutions (e.g. RTOS, Linux, Android, WearOS, OpenGL / CL, and abstraction layer, including enablement from 3rd party Software graphics backend providers.
Understanding of industry consortiums such as e.g. Khronos Group and MIPI Alliance and their technical standards.
Experience in Agile methodology and its tools and techniques (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
