  • Introduce essCertto new Customers using pre-sales activities (presentations, demos).
  • Maintain CRM tool updated (Capsule).
  • Owner of overall relationship with key strategic Chambers. Take complete handover of Chamber and manage Chamber throughout their lifecycle.
  • Maximise transactions and ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Implement Customer Success processes and Chambers’ success against agreed targets.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell opportunities and value-adding Services.
  • Escalate customer issues as appropriate.
  • Manage Chamber onboarding, providing guidance through the onboarding process, running / supervising training and ensuring successful use of essCert
  • Train Chamber Users, when / where needed
  • Collect regular customer feedback and be the customer advocate throughout the organization.
  • Update customer on upcoming changes to Product.
  • Advocate customer needs / issues across departments.
  • Inform Product team of product enhancements required either to grow transactions, increase useability or enhance user experience.
  • Requirements

  • University Degree in Business Administration and / or Economics and / or Marketing
  • Very good English skills
  • Around 4 years as an Account Manager and / or Sales Executive ideally in the Technology / SaS / Professional services sector
  • Excellent in connecting with people
  • Active listener
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Can do attitude and team player spirit
  • Problem solver and someone who can take initiative
  • Having prior International Exposure will be highly appreciated
