Position Summary

Receptionist is responsible to manage our front desk on a daily basis, to answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

A day in the life of...

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Cooperate with Concierge in sorting daily mail.
  • Ensure reception area is presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • What will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree / TEI in economics studies.
  • Previous work experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service or Consumer Services would be considered as an advantage.
  • Customer service attitude and pleasant personality.
  • Multitasking, ability to prioritize tasks and stress management skills.
  • Be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Excellent organizational and communicational skills.
  • Strong PC knowledge.
  • Fluency in Greek & English.
