Job Description

Partnenet is currently looking for a Full-Time Receptionist / Customer Support

PartnerNET is a value-added distributor of IP Telecommunications Products, Video Conferencing Systems, Wireless Network and Network Security Products as well as Cloud Back Up Software based in Athens.

PartnerNET represents some of the largest ICT manufacturers, worldwide, offering complete business solutions to the Greek and European market.

Job duties include :

Answer Company phone, answer questions or forward call to correct person.

Greet clients and guests.

Provide administrative support to Inside Sales Team and Sales Team with data entry, filing, and creating reports as needed.

Enter data in CRM System, provides project support on marketing campaigns and assists in the planning / organizing of trade shows.

Supports Sales in meetings and exhibitions

All Candidates must be team players with strong moral character and integrity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales Administration or in related fields.
  • Great PC skills. Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Native or near-native English skills both written and verbal. Any other languages will be considered a plus.
  • Work experience in the ICT field will be considered a plus.

  • Requirements

  • IEK / TEI / AEI graduate
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a relevant position.
  • Very good Knowledge & Use of Greek and English language, oral and written. Desired knowledge
  • Asterisk based IP-PBX, Installation & Administration
  • Alcatel Lucent PBX & Networking Installation & Administration
  • Network, Routing & Firewall Configuration & Administration
  • Experience in the operation and management of telephone networks
  • IP routing & switching technologies, Main routing protocols
  • Experience in PBX, VoIP and IP telephony
  • Desired certifications in telephony systems Desired Abilities
  • Identify problems and solve them
  • Sharpness and quick understanding
  • Ability to communicate by telephone
  • Team spirit and good cooperation with colleagues
  • Ability to take initiatives
  • Ability to design and organize, time and volume management and proper completion of work
