wappier was founded back in 2015 to make apps happier. It was a team of 5 mobile tech veterans who aspired to revolutionize the mobile app ecosystem.

We are now a team of 55, building 2 / 3 of the company with engineering and data science roles to make our mission thrive.

Having secured our first round of financing by a top-tier US VC, we expect to be 70 by Q4 2020 to skyrocket our Intelligent Revenue Management Platform.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

We are looking to expand our growing team by adding a Presales Manager to work closely with our CEO, CTO, and VP of Customer Success to maximize the potential of our sales through product pitches for clients and explain what our company can provide and how our products can help.

This is a position which requires excellent knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel, skills which will be evaluated during the hiring process.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Conduct detailed discovery meetings, collect requirements and gain mutual understanding of customer needs followed by positioning ideal product solutions to resolve these needs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into customer proposals
  • Facilitate contracting and negotiation activities for products including authoring of proposals, contracts and / or statement of work (SOWs)
  • Build and maintain repository of product pitch templates, both high level and detailed collateral
  • Help drive customer references and case studies
  • Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • 4 or more years of relevant work experience in a presales, management consulting, strategic consulting, or account management role.
  • SaaS experience preferred

  • Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment and ability to partner with sales executives in development and closure of sales opportunities
  • Strong project management skills and experience leveraging internal resources and stakeholders to execute against deadlines within a complex organization
  • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with the mobile gaming ecosystem and past position in either a mobile attribution or user engagement company will be considered as a plus
  • Previous start-up experience will be considered as a plus
  • Experience with customer Loyalty & Retention Programs will be considered as a plus
