  • Accountable for achieving own and team’s agreed sales & performance targets
  • Propose and implement sales strategies in line with company strategy and standards
  • Monitor and review sales result
  • Work independently to maintain existing clients and to develop new business opportunities
  • Manage relationships with key accounts’ decision makers & key opinion leaders to ensure delivery of quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Thorough knowledge of company products, sales area, market and competitors
  • Manage area business target and expense budgets.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Sales / Medical Representatives; hire, monitor, train, coach, provide guidance and develop them as necessary
  • Ensure team members propose and implement best targeting and segmentation of ECPs and accounts
  • In alliance with other function departments, support top management in developing strategic plans, budgets, and forecasting
  • Manage and optimize effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results
  • Serve as a communication bridge from Senior Management to Sales force
  • Complete all reporting and administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Key Performance Indicators

  • Achieve overall sales & sell out targets, and relevant designed KPIs.
  • Execute new product launches, delivered through strategic / tactical brand activities
  • Strengthen partnership with key customers and deliver innovation
  • Meet ComEx functional objectives and KPIs
  • Coordinate Alcon business resources to secure optimum results
  • Cultivate a one team mindset and embed V&Bs
  • Background

  • Bachelor or University degree qualification
  • Languages

  • Fluent in Greek and in English
  • Experience

  • Experience in OTC / Medical Devices business; at least 5 years proven sales experience with exposure to Key Accounts with proven track record
  • Strategic and result-orientated mind-set
  • Strong communicator with the ability to communicate and negotiate cross functionally at senior level
  • Strong financial acumen
  • International business experience is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience in leading a team is a plus
