Job description
Quironprevención, is the Spanish leader in the field of occupational risk prevention (Occupational Health and Safety) in which more companies trust internationally.
We work in the energy sector in national and international Wind Energy projects .
The Health & Safety Technician will play the role of a Safety Officer and also be in charge of the H&S aspects during the assembly' works in the wind farm.
Will be present during the assembly’s different phases, checking that the staff complies with the security measures
Will make sure that the Client s H&S Plan and Procedures are being followed
Will collect and check the required security documentation of contracts and the personnel who will participate in the assembly (training, medical skills, delivery of EPI'
Will meet with the planning of work defined by the local operational structure
The technician will paralyze works if detect a serious or an imminent risk to the workers’health and will communicate that risk
Will report the activities carried out in the formats of the client’s management system
Will participate in the investigation of any incident suffered by own staff and / or hired by the client
Requirements
Profile Requirements :
Education : Registered Engineer
Health and Safety Studies
Provenexperience as EHS Advisor
Experience working on projects (wind farm,construction, civil works)
Experience managing HSE Plans, policies and procedures. Supervising HSE aspects,review subcontractor’s documentationandpermits.
Language : fluent English
Desired : Experience working on Wind Farm projects
