As a Logistics Assistant in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following :
Proper entering of movements in SAP System
Order checking and Collect data and inform warehouse IT systems (imports, exports)
Issue delivery notes via ERP system for all transportation
Stock control of materials, administer orders for internal clients (wind farms) and support procedure of re-ordering
Monitor data regarding purchasing and transportation costs. Participate in purchasing procedures and cooperate with accounting department for some issues.
Handle the return of new & defect materials from local warehouses to headquarters, and arrange the transportation and shipping.
Support with coordination and communication internally as needed
Support the Sales Department by ensuring communication on product availability
Managing stock levels and making decisions about stock control
The position of Logistics Assistant is just the right one for you if you possess the following skills :
University Degree associated to Logistics / Supply Chain Management or other related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar job
English : Excellent (oral and written)
Good knowledge of German Language will be considered as an asset
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Very good knowledge of SAP System
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
