ROLE SUMMARY The Pricing & Tender Management Solutions team manages technology strategy and delivery for Pfizer's Commercial Business Units and Patient & Health Impact (PHI) organizations.

The Pricing & Tender Management Solutions team plays a critical role in ensuring that patients receive breakthroughs that change their lives.
The Salesforce Solution Engineer will be accountable for the technology and solution development, engineering, systems integration, and delivery of core Pricing & Tenders solutions.
The role will partner with various stakeholders across Pfizer Digital, business stakeholders, and external technology vendors.
The qualified candidate will work with exciting technologies such as Salesforce.com, AWS, Oracle, Artificial Intelligence, RPA, Informatica Cloud, and integrations with key enterprise and local edge systems.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES + Responsible for designing and implementing critical customer facing solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the Force.
com platform + Operate in a highly Agile environment involving sprint planning, daily scrums, and sprint demos with a focus on the Salesforce Lightning technology stack + Hands-on and in-depth expertise in configuration and custom development in Salesforce Lightning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.
com and Lightning Communities + Effectively collaborate with project team to understand the requirements, analyze them and apply new technologies to implement optimal solutions + Apply Force.
com capabilities, object-oriented coding, and UX & UI design principles to design & build intuitive user experiences + Build integrations to interact with external systems + Follow modern Dev-Ops process using Continuous Integration tools + Participate & lead peer design and code reviews as part of the Dev-Ops process + Analyze and troubleshoot issues in complex Salesforce applications + Stay current on Salesforce releases and official SFDC Certifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS + Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or related field + 5+ years of relevant technical experience with emphasis on solutions & application development, or systems engineering + Proficiency and proven successful delivery of solutions and systems using Agile delivery and traditional waterfall + 2+ years of experience in Salesforce with Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Visual Force, and Data Loader + Experience with installing and configuring packages from AppExchange and integrating Salesforce.
