The Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) - a public law institution - is the central real estate company of the federal government.

Project Manager or Product Manager for Digital Products (f / m / d).

The employment is for an indefinite period.

Working in cross-divisional teams, with the goal of improving the business and the Digital Workplace, you will be co-responsible for making employees' daily work easier.

As a Project Manager or Product Manager, you are well-informed about your products and coordinate necessary measures and ensure project progress.

With a variety of projects, such as the digital object management cockpit, the digital construction management cockpit and the e-file, the business processes of the Federal Agency are digitized and automated in a long-term and sustainable manner.

What are your main areas of responsibility?

  • Planning and managing agile development of digital products.
  • Methodical and organizational support of the product owners
  • Project management
  • Participation in the design of user stories
  • Ensure a transparent flow of information and communication, by means of a communication plan / change management concept.
  • Cooperation with external product and service partners.
  • Intensive cooperation with the various internal stakeholders such as the departments, IT and the Board of Directors.
  • Analysis of the needs of the various lines of business
  • On the job, some of the business trips in the federal territory of several days.

    Qualification :

  • Completed studies in business, communications, engineering or natural sciences, computer science or comparable qualifications, or equivalent expertise and experience acquired in other ways
  • Professional competencies :

  • Professional practical experience in the field of product / project management.
  • Experience with agile methods such as Scrum desirable.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Sharepoint and / or SAP is an advantage
