As a Business Analyst & Project Manager you will closely work with both the Product Development team & the Technical Department in order to specify requirements, design and oversee the implementation of our software platforms, and our web and mobile project solutions.

You will report to the Director of Product Development and your responsibilities will include the following :

  • Effectively handle a large number of pre-sales requests for a diverse set of business needs
  • Coordinate with the Technical team in order to identify possible technical solutions covering project needs
  • Scope project requirements and prepare effort estimates
  • Negotiate and influence client and project teams in order to align them on the project objectives
  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress ensuring both time constraints and quality standards are met
  • Document requirements in the form of user stories, functional and technical requirement specifications
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Evaluate progress and propose corrective actions in case of deviations
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
  • While in this position, you will develop through practice and training the following skills :

  • Identify needs, requirements and define solutions by using design thinking methodology
  • Initialise documentation of all necessary statements of work and / or process documents required for project set up
  • Apply Agile, Scrum or Kanban methodologies in product development
  • Applied use of project management software, such as JIRA and Confluence

    Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a software project manager, business software analyst and / or software developer (1-3 years)
  • Solid technical background for digital projects with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
  • Problem solving attitude, creativity and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Communication, presentation and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Greek
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
