In this exiting job you will help customers with a variety of technical questions and inquiries via phone and email.

Required skills

Fluent in Finnish

Working proficiency in English

Excellent communication skills

Proficient computer user (MS office, Data Bases and CRM)

Ability to troubleshoot and find the solution independently

Nice to haves :

Interest in automotive industry

Awareness of GPS system / localization technology
