We are a Global Real Estate Investment Group with offices worldwide promoting real estate to local and international investors.

Our Team is expanding and we’re looking for a real estate After Sales Manager who will supervise the timely deliveries of sold properties and the management of the sold properties on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise long term rental management procedures (rental agreements, lease renewals, electricity / water connections / utility bills etc.)
  • Supervise short term lease agreements activities
  • Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased properties or services
  • Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients e.g. property maintenance ,monitoring the furnishing and other equipment installments are completed in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Train, motivate, and lead after sales teams to achieve set objectives and targets
  • Supervise the operations of after sales teams to ensure set targets are met and provide high quality customer service
  • Liaise with other departmental supervisors to discuss business issues necessary for resolving problems and enhancing performance
  • Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems
  • Provide reports to management on all after sales activities
  • Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.
  • Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

    Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or in any other related business discipline.
  • 10 years working experience and at least 5 proven years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in similar position or other customer relationship management
  • Experience in property management / real estate business will be considered an asset
  • Excellent communications skills both in Greek and English, written and spoken
  • Strong Leadership, organization and problem solving skills
  • Customer services oriented & attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent command of MS Office
