Education / Background :
Bachelor on Economic Science or Accounting
Professional Experience :
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience on ERP implementations andespecially FIN applications.
The candidate would have enough implementation experience on ERPprocesses related to Procure to Pay, Order to Cash full flows, Assets Financialmanagement, Accounting (with multiple Accounting Principles), FinancialReporting and Analysis
Business experience on above areas would be consideredas a strong asset.
Experience on industries (telco, banking, manufacturing,commercial etc) is also very important because of the differences on thefinancial and accounting management.
Oracle EBS or Fusion Applications implementation experienceis desirable but not mandatory.
Ability to travel will also be considered as a strong asset.
Role / Responsibilities :
Participate on Requirements Gathering (for On-Premaccording to OUM) and on Focus phase (for Cloud according to TCM)tasks - workshops and CRPs.
Participate on Construction / Define Visualize phases (for On-Prem and on Cloud correspondingly) as a functional consultant.
Prepare and support Transition Validation phases (i.e. TE.040,Validation scripts and support of the UAT).
Contribute on the deliverables work products preparation (including solutiondesign, future process flows diagrams and so on) for each phase in accordanceto the related implementation methodology.
Experience on AIM, OUM is considered a plus.
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication skills in Greek & English.
Ability to understand the real requirementof the customer.
Ability to explain and present in a detailed and clearmanner any suggested solution, workaround or functionality or feature relatedto the area
Willingness to learn in both applications (i.e. OAT) andbusiness areas (i.e. IFRS).
Excellent collaboration skills and team spirit
