Main Purpose of the Job
The job holder assists in the execution and evaluation of the brand marketing plan, which delivers the short-term and long-term market share and financial goals of Skin Cleansing category.
Assists in the execution of the annual Brand Marketing Plan, as defined in the IBP :
Co-ordinates the local implementation of regional / global initiatives (packaging artworks, media, etc).
Plans and supervises media and promotion plans, based on a continuous understanding of market and competitive dynamics.
Controls brand expenditure vs. budget, making adjustments in response to market conditions and overall performance / priorities.
Acts as an interface and coordinates necessary activities between other functions ( supply chain, sales, etc) to ensure effective execution of the brand plans.
Develops thorough understanding of a) the market and competition, b) consumer needs and trends, and c) brand health and image, by analyzing available adhoc consumer studies (qualitative or quantitative) and / or tracking studies.
Participates in the monthly Sales & Operations Process and proposes the necessary actions ( promotional activities, pricing actions, etc) to deliver the monthly and annual financial KPIs.
Monitors and reviews the performance of new product introductions, ensuring continuous focus and support after launch.
Skills Experiences - Qualifications :
Postgraduate degree, preferably in Marketing or MBA.
3-4 years of experience in Marketing and / or sales.
Strong communication skills, collaborative, international & growth mindset.
Business ownership with a strong drive to deliver results.
Strong analytical & brand development skills, good financial understanding.
Consumer & Shopper orientation.
Attention to detail with strong execution and prioritization skills.
Fluent in English.
High literacy in PC use (MS Office).
