5* Boutique Hotelin Crete is currently seeking for an experienced :

Generate, design and implement the sales activities and execute the strategies and actions needed to achieve or improve all the goals of the Sales Department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Create and design the annual sales plan in order to maximize the profitability of the hotel overall.
  • Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
  • Develop new wholesale agreements & sales through B2B and B2C channels
  • Clear understanding of the hotel’s business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
  • Determine, study and analyzing of competitive market
  • Maximizing and increasing revenues of hotel by yielding management
  • Actively participate in the annual budget including the product and service goals and revenue objectives
  • Prepare reports on allocation pick up and production, on monthly basis and analyze statistics
  • Explore market to increase negotiated segment as per the set targets
  • Provides marketing and sales information, statistics and reports for the Owners.
  • Successfully attend to the key accounts and maintain permanent contact with them, detecting new potential customers and manage databases and activities with the accounts as per the annual targets.
  • Professionally represents the Company in community organizations and events.
  • Review and ensure that negotiations, contracts with the different companies and credits for clients are made according to the policies and established procedures that protect the interests of the company
  • Maintain comprehensive photo library for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities.
  • Work closely with Management team and with Hotel owner to create, plan, implement and execute Sales and Communication Strategy
  • Initiate and execute press and communication promotional activities.
  • Evaluate advertising and promotion opportunities, set-up and launch offline / online campaigns with publications and / or websites and follow up on results with effective tracking and result in analysis.
  • Support the sales team to develop appropriate collateral / tools (including sales presentations or other offline / digital creative assets) and launch campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • In conjunction with the sales team develop appropriate collateral / tools (including sales presentations in various languages, offline / digital creative assets, exhibitions’ booth branding, etc.)
  • Position requirements :

  • Studies in Tourism, Marketing or Business Administration
  • Μinimum of 3-5 years of experience as Hotel Sales Manager as the head of a department.
  • Speak, write and converse fluently in Greek and English. Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an asset.
  • Solid understanding of CMS (Content Management Systems) and development of dynamic websites.
  • Excellent communicational, negotiation and contracting skills
  • Possess strong computer skills.
  • Dynamic person, high analytical thinking, team oriented and organization skills
