The ideal candidate will be charged with creating, monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company's goals.
Main Objectives of this role :
Plan overall marketing and branding objectives
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal, alongside other company executives and PAUL International Marketing team.
2. Analyze market trends and initialize and adjust marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Develop a timetable based on annual budgets of all marketing and business strategies.
Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Design and oversee print ads and publications.
Ensure brand messages are consistent.
Gather and analyze customer insight. (Initiate a feedback questionnaire)
Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
Upkeep and maintain all social media vehicles used by the brand.
Engage consumers on social media.
Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
Engage other organizations within the community. (Collaborations to promote the Brand and attract customers)
3. Develop cost and pricing strategies (in communication with company executives, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
Working with the Store Managers and brand teams you will manage the marketing services function to support the brand and ensure that all above and below the line materials are delivered within budget and that the content and quality of all communications enhance the brand and grow the business in line with brand objectives.
This will include campaigns and product promotions for existing and future stores, building and maintaining media relationships and ensuring effective communications with agencies in all markets, create marketing material for in store advertising and promotion.
Ensuring that all marketing plans / campaigns comply with the overall marketing specifications.
Developing and implementing a timetable of events and promotions in support of a brand plan / campaign.
Ensuring that brand presence is maximized and strategic objectives are met.
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with external suppliers and agencies.
Monitoring sales reports in order to assess the commercial success of marketing plans / campaigns on brand revenue, profitability and market share and take corrective action when and where necessary.
Providing a proactive approach to problem solving to anticipate and resolve various issues.
Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will support the brand and drive traffic to the stores.
Handling the marketing budget and policies and continuous follow up on its implementation and achievement.
Conducting weekly field visits to the different stores of MADEL FOOD in order to provide the needed support, training and enhance self-market knowledge.
4. Develop and implement Marketing programs in order to attain set objectives in terms of revenue, profitability and market share while preserving a consistent corporate image in all campaigns, promotions and events.
Suggest and execute ideas pertaining to tactical promotions and strategic partnerships in order to ameliorate traffic, average basket and conversion rates.
Bargain and finalize barter deals with all concerned key media partners.
Support sales and marketing programs by managing the development, production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials.
Assist in recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating the stores’ team, whenever applicable, to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
Maintain local online channels as well as build the customer database and validate the utilization of internal / external mailing lists.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge :
Strong exposure to local / regional media sources.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration; Master’s Degree is a plus.
4-5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations with demonstrated success preferably in Food Industry or / and Retail
Fluency in English, French is a plus.
Proficiency in MS office, Design Software proficiency is a plus.
