Role purpose

The Employee Experience Specialist designs and guarantees implementation of end-to-end employee journeys ensuring smooth and seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle (attraction, onboarding, development, exit) by ensuring smooth and seamless experience for our people.

The ultimate scope of the role is to create top-notch and digital-first capabilities that will enable the effective implementation of future of work models.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Identify areas of improvement throughout the employee journey and innovative ideas in order to increase E-NPS.
  • Conduct employee surveys and develop feedback loops / insight pipelines to develop an EX rigorous culture
  • Design and implement EX frameworks and journeys based on insights and key moments of truth
  • Orchestrate key digitization roadmaps alongside the HR centres of expertise in order to deliver a future proof EX (attraction, join, development, etc)
  • Act as the guardian and ambassador of people experience within HR and across business functions and line managers
  • Own group and local-led programs (from design to execution) that will evolve our perceived people experience
  • Influence and provide best practice solutions to people managers in order to deliver against functional plans, and support initiatives aligned to the people strategy
  • Act as an external radar and agent of future of work models within the organization and convert practices to programs
  • Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • Exceptional communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate in a clear, structured and motivating way
  • Strong analytical mindset, connecting information from multiple sources and backgrounds to come up with innovative solutions and process improvements
  • A pioneer at organizational skills, able to coordinate between people and business needs and organize cross team cooperation
  • Able to aggregate knowledge from different sub fields, apply it in different projects and use it to identify loopholes and propose problem solutions
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative
  • Proven track record of developing, driving and delivering against implementation plans
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to deadlines
  • Resilient and comfortable taking ownership
  • Experience of facilitating and influencing decision making
  • Commercially savvy and able to demonstrate same in day-to-day activities
  • Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Experience in HR field or in a People Related area in a fast moving and agile environment is considered as mandatory
  • BA / MBA / MA in Business Administration, Communications, People Management or similar field
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
  • Understanding of key HR administration concepts, labour law, sources of information and processes
