Your Main Responsibilities will be :
Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times
Respond and record consumer inquiries / questions raised through free phone lines for customers
Provide the right information regarding services & subscriptions
Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues
Fluent i n Italian Language among with excellent oral and written skills in English is a must
Genuinely excited to help customers
Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
Able to put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary
