A leading integrated Group of companies in the development, production, import, promotion and distribution of pharmaceutical, dermocosmetic and OTC products in Greece, with international activity, is seeking for : Business Intelligence Specialist Accountabilities As a Business Intelligence Specialist your objective is to generate data driven insights that will help shape the Patient Value Brand Plans by :
Understanding thoroughly the development of the company's strategic priorities.
Running comprehensive analysis combining market research, patient databases, reports and advanced analytics outcomes to generate additional insights to inform better decision making
Contributing to the development of agile launch brand strategies in the existing markets & upcoming product launches
Carrying out competitive / market intelligence and analytics work on products
Forecasting, along with marketing colleagues
Evaluating key market place trends, in order to identify business opportunities
Generating insights from data analysis, e.g. market research projects, CRM or other secondary data
Developing and delivering strategic recommendations on brand strategy, as well as Business Intelligence plans
Dealing with third party (e.g. IQVIA) to maintain or develop respective sources of data for analysis
Disease, market & customer needs knowing & understanding to develop insights through appropriate techniques / tools
Assessing competition by comparing products & creating competitive intelligence analysis
Create & produce business reports for Commercial departments (Rx & CHC)
Monitoring regularly business performance and external environment via appropriate tools (pricing of local products, updated reimbursed prices and changes etc.)
Must have the ability to conduct analysis and use complex analytical tools.
Must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills and ability to efficiently and productively communicate to a variety of groups and audiences.
Must have a demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
In-depth ability to conceive, develop and implement multi-dimensional analysis to support commercial strategy.
Ability to successfully work with external agencies, including advertising, public relations and medical education vendors to develop programs and materials is required.
Academic education or experience from similar positions (marketing, sales or business analysis)
Minimum 5 Years οf experience in Pharmaceutical Industry (preferably at the Rx Sector)
Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
Computer skills : Excellent MS Office programs, knowledge and experience using dashboards and / or data visualization or similar tools, CRM, IQVIA, ERP platforms
