Adecco is currently seeking , on behalf of its client, a multinational company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position :
Accounts Payable and Receivable Assistant
Processes accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Handling, scanning and booking of incoming invoices for several companies in Greece
Addresses and respond to vendor inquiries
Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
Performs data entry associated with accounts payable
Organises and proceeds the company’s payments
At least two (2) years of working experience with accounts payable or general accounting
University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Advanced use of English language (both oral and written)
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Solid understanding of basic book keeping and accounting payable principles
Familiarity with calculating and managing accounting and financial reports
Strong time management and organizational skills
