POSITION SUMMARY :
Build the right business model by assessing market today and future and articulating strategic road map for next 3-5 years
Develop and manage the distributed business by providing dynamic leadership to our marketing partners in Turkey, Greece, Cyprus & Balkans to ensure financial objectives are met
Assess the performance and capability gaps of our distributors. Identify key capability gap and set improvement plans
Look for opportunities to optimize our distribution channels
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with other departments and internal operations to drive complex projects like Go to Market
Lead / maximize the performance of the internal teams to achieve key strategic focus in matrix organization
Conceptual competency to grasp multicounty situational analysis and complex healthcare systems
Develop and implement short and long-term strategic business plans with robust analytics
Provide direction, leadership and operational planning working with distributors or / and 3rd parties to achieve budgeted results in terms of Sales revenue and profit.
Interface and develop local KOL / Stakeholder relationships through frequent communication and visits
Develop a solid understanding of different national healthcare delivery systems, including funding
Support market development efforts in territory to include product evaluations, customer meetings, workshops and presentations, development of third party papers, sales aids and educational materials.
Organize product training for distributors and customers
Support local distributor network by customers visits, giving seminars and organizing demonstrations and presentations
Develop and successfully implement marketing plans aimed at establishing our products in existing and new markets
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and sales reports
Achieve sales growth targets
Represent company at congresses, workshops and other trade meetings
Domestic and international travel activity up to 40%
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
University degree, better if in Biology / Microbiology / Pharmacy, and at least 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing positions at a managerial level
Track record of delivering results
Fluent English, in written and spoken; any other additional language among Turkish, Greek, Romanian is an advantage
Strategize for mid-long term business sustainability

Analytical approach and data management experience
Leadership and personnel impact on the organization and customers
