We are currently operating in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Greece and are transporting over 24 million riders with the support of more than 700,000 drivers.

Our global headquarters are in Athens - where BEAT started 10 years ago, but we also have an office in the Netherlands.

About the role

This role will report into our Director of Talent and will partner with Beat’s business leaders, work closely together with our people partners and people managers driving engagement and development at all levels, ensuring we continue to raise the bar in performance.

Talent Solutions

  • Facilitate a culture of continuous learning and support the fostering of an engaging work environment.
  • Support the design and implementation of programs to impact Beat Culture, using change management methodologies and practices
  • Provide end to end people and organizational development solutions driving capability through automation and innovative solutions.
  • Partner with leaders and people business partners to understand their needs and to help them meet the demands of a dynamic business and industry.
  • Provide guidance & coaching to managers, supporting their growth and development as well as that of their teams.
  • Engagement & Culture

  • Support the periodic implementation of Beat Engagement Survey, and provide analysis and insights to the different business functions and locations
  • Identify pain points and come up with solutions to positively impact the engagement of our employees.
  • Partner with leaders and people partners in the design of programs and action plans to impact employee engagement.
  • Create and deliver cultural change and transformation programs, by providing change thought leadership and supporting methodologies.

  • What you will need to have

  • Experience in global people and / or organizational development projects
  • Experienced in assessing the needs of your customers and translating these into appropriate talent solutions.
  • Track record in successful project management of program design, development, implementation and delivery.
  • Track record of leading change and transformation projects or programs - driving capability and performance improvements.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of reporting and measurement processes for talent programs.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of Learning Management Systems a plusAbility to facilitate, coach and effectively deliver training.
